Step 3 - Signing the Contract

After you approve the design and estimate we will move forward to finalizing your order. At this time SJM Construction will provide a detailed contract regarding your project, including the labor aspects such as installation or removal of the existing cabinetry. We will schedule a meeting in our showroom and review all of the information with you.

At this time you are required to make a deposit of 50% of your project cost. This deposit and signed contract are an agreement between you and SJM Construction to begin manufacturing your cabinetry. Once we have reached this step, any changes made to the approved design will require a “change order” and you will be required to pay separately for these changes.

From here we will move on to the manufacturing phase.
